Processing Time

• All ready-stock orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

• Pre-order items require a production time of 14–21 working days (excluding shipping days) before being shipped. Estimated delivery dates will be stated in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• West Malaysia: RM8 (2–5 working days)

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM15 (3–7 working days)

We ship via trusted courier services such as Flash, J&T Express, PosLaju, or Ninja Van to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp/SMS. You can track your parcel via the courier’s website.
